I need to be okay, I don’t have PTSD.
Stana & Jon deservedly won a PRISM Award for the PTSD episode. Next stop — Emmys?

—You’re gonna get me killed.
—I’m getting you what?
—To Alicia Florrick, who got a judge off today…Um, correction. You got a judge out of the penalty box today.
In light of last season’s penultimate episode, “Getting Off” (with Kalinda’s elevator breakdown), this season’s could’ve been titled “Getting Off Again.”

Castle Thoughts Re: Phone Calls
It is so crucial that Castle waits around for that phone call from Beckett — that she’s the one to initiate their daily reunions.
You know when you’re into someone and you end up pretty much involuntarily holding your breath until you get a phone call or a text or any signal from them? Castle gets this almost every morning from Beckett, and it really shows that she has the upper hand in the relationship. He’s literally waiting on her beck and call.
BUT — HOW EXCITING must it be for Beckett to be able to make that simple phone call to Castle each day? We know how giddy Castle gets when his phone rings, but we rarely, if ever, get to see Beckett’s side of the conversation. Beckett finding out there’s a new case; Beckett excitedly reaching for her phone to call Castle — not just because there’s work to be done, but because she loves him. Because she can’t wait to speak to him again, if only to say, “Dead body.”

I’m really not sure that I forgive her for lying to him. Just leave me with my feelings, please.

Castle: You know what? This isn’t about your mother’s case anymore. This is about you needing a place to hide. Because you’ve been chasing this thing so long, you’re afraid to find out who you are without it.
Beckett: You don’t know me, Castle. You think you do, but you don’t.
Castle: I know you crawled inside your mother’s murder and didn’t come out. I know you hide there, the same way you hide in these nowhere relationships with men you don’t love. You could be happy, Kate. You deserve to be happy. But you’re afraid.
